We understand appointment rescheduling and cancellations can happen. Please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid losing your deposit.
You will have a 10 minute grace period for your appointment. After 15 minutes you must reschedule and will be charged the cancellation fee.
There are no refunds under any circumstance. If you're unhappy with your service for any reason, contact me within 24 hours to resolve.
Nonrefundable deposits required.
I don't allow extra people in my treatment room unless they are also getting a service done as well. We have a client lounge area where they can quietly wait.
Can't see an appointment that fits your schedule? You can book an appointment with me outside of business hours for an upcharge of $30. After hour appointmens made by DM or text only.
At Hill Esthetics my clients are my main priority, with each client that visits the goal is to make sure you feel relaxed and comfortable during your treatment and always leave satisfied with your service. Lash Policies
Refills must have 50% of lashes remaining, and be within 3 weeks of last appointment. 3+ weeks will be charged as a full set.
I don't work over other lash techs work. If you already have lashes on, it will need to be booked as a removal and full set.
Please allow plenty of time for your appointment. As I provide quality service full sets can take up to 2 hours, and fills up to 1½ hours. This service is for you so please do not rush my time.
Please come with clean lashes! If you come wearing makeup, or have moisturizer around the eyes, you will be charged a $10 fee for a Lash Bath.
Please shower before your appointment. You can't get your lashes wet for 24 hours (this includes crying, sweat, and steam).
Contacts can trap glue fumes. I strongly reccomend the removal of contact lenses during your service. If you choose to wear them it is at your own risk.
